Cultured Talent was born when we realised the recruitment industry was becoming increasingly transactional and less concerned with matching the right people to the right roles at the right organisations.

Companies weren’t connecting with their hires and had even less of a relationship with their talent acquisition strategy. The opportunity was there to create a technology sector recruitment model that was more beneficial for both parties.
